Seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a Rheumatology role working 2-4 days/week in Salem. This position offers an opportunity to apply advanced nursing skills, critical thinking, and compassionate care to improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, physical exams, and reviews to determine diagnoses and treatment plans, performing joint injections, managing complex cases, and utilizing EMR systems like NextGen while ensuring HIPAA compliance. Experience in interpreting lab and x-ray results and overseeing infusion services is preferred.
The role starts with 2-3 days/week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday), with limited holiday and weekend call, and no hospital rounding. Compensation is $55-$60/hour with benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, PTO, CME allowance, retirement plans, and more.
