Requires Post Graduate Degree, APP or PA licensure, BLS, and ACLS certifications. No prior experience necessary. Essential skills include organizational, verbal, interpersonal, customer relations, analytical, and computer skills (Excel, medical charting). Must manage stress, make decisions under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and work independently in various settings. Work involves exposure to blood, body fluids, and communicable diseases, with physical demands such as prolonged sitting, standing, walking, and manual dexterity.
