We are a growing provider of psychiatric and psycho-social services supporting 600+ long-term care facilities across multiple states, with upcoming openings for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in geriatric psychiatry.
Locations: Bloomington, IL
Position: Part-time or full-time, daytime hours, M-F, no weekends or on-call
Qualifications: NP or PA degree, valid license and DEA#, strong communication skills, knowledge of mental health care delivery
Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations, diagnose, and treat geriatric patients in rehab, assisted living, and nursing homes; prescribe medications; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; manage 12-15 patients daily; ensure documentation per Medicare standards.
Preferred: 1+ year experience with geriatric mental health, Medicare standards knowledge
