Role: Clinical Nurse (RN) in a Minimally Invasive PCU/IMU unit.
Seeking experienced and new graduate RNs to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced, 28-bed unit specializing in bariatric and minimally invasive surgeries.
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Educating patients and families on post-treatment care, medication management, and safety.
- Monitoring post-operative and intermediate care patients, including those with tracheostomies and occasional overflow cases.
- Promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, with active participation in professional development.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred with at least 2 years of experience.
- Current RN license; no supervisory experience required.
- Strong assessment skills, critical thinking, and ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment.
