Join a fast-paced 28-bed Minimally Invasive Progressive Care Unit (PCU) as a Clinical Nurse (RN). This role involves providing direct patient care for post-operative and intermediate care patients, including those recovering from bariatric surgery, hernia repairs, mastectomies, and other minimally invasive procedures. Responsibilities include conducting frequent assessments, monitoring, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and educating patients and families on managing their conditions, medications, and post-treatment needs. The role emphasizes patient safety, quality care, and professional development. Candidates should possess a Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree and an active RN license. While experience is not required, preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience.
