Role Overview: Provides clinical leadership in an acute inpatient setting, ensuring patient/family-centered care through evidence-based nursing practices.
Key Responsibilities: Conducts assessments, develops and updates individualized care plans, and collaborates with the healthcare team to meet patient needs. Ensures safety, monitors care quality, and advocates for patients. Performs direct patient care, delegates tasks appropriately, and maintains compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards. Utilizes performance data for continuous improvement and educates patients and families to promote understanding and participation in care. Documents accurately and maintains professional licensure and competencies.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires an Associate degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), with at least one year of RN experience or completion of a qualifying residency or LPN experience for internal candidates. Holds a current RN license recognized in multistate licensure. Demonstrates strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
