The Nurse Manager, under the Nurse Director’s guidance, oversees all unit functions, ensuring high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.
• Coordinates staffing, admission processes, and surge plans in collaboration with leadership and House Supervisors.
• Monitors compliance with regulatory standards and manages resources effectively.
• Leads staff development, onboarding, and ongoing education, promoting professionalism and certification achievement.
• Addresses issues, manages stressful situations professionally, and fosters a positive, service-oriented environment aligned with ICARE values.
• Supports employee and physician engagement, manages schedules, and ensures service excellence.
• Requires at least 3 years of clinical experience, RN licensure, Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s preferred), and leadership/management experience. This is a full-time, full-benefit role located at Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital.
