Manages staffing, census, admissions, and surge plans across multiple campuses, collaborating with leadership and staff. Supports staff development through onboarding, education, and certification, fostering professionalism and a positive culture. Addresses issues using professional judgment, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and managing resources effectively. Promotes employee and physician engagement, service excellence, and adherence to ICARE values through leadership and rounding. Requires at least 3 years of clinical experience, RN licensure, an associate’s degree (bachelor’s preferred), and leadership skills.
