• Coordinates staffing, admission processes, and surge plans based on census, acuity, and service needs.
• Supports staff development through onboarding, certifications, and continuing education.
• Manages problem-solving, regulatory compliance, and resource utilization.
• Promotes team engagement, service excellence, and adherence to ICARE values.
• Requires a minimum of 3 years clinical experience, RN licensure, associate’s degree (bachelor’s preferred), and leadership skills.
