The Nurse Manager, under the Nurse Director, oversees all unit functions, ensuring quality patient care, operational efficiency, and staff development.
Coordinates staffing, admission processes, and surge plans based on census, acuity, and service needs. Collaborates with leadership to maintain compliance, manage resources, and support service excellence aligned with organizational values. Provides leadership in staff onboarding, education, and professional growth, modeling professionalism and encouraging certification. Addresses issues proactively, manages schedules, and participates in strategic planning to optimize clinical and operational performance. Supports employee and physician engagement, fosters a positive environment, and ensures regulatory compliance. Qualifications include a minimum of 3 years clinical experience, RN licensure, an associate’s degree (bachelor’s preferred), and management experience. Full-time position located at a hospital in West Virginia.
