We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Manager (RN or LPN) to lead our nursing team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
- Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.
- Coordinate daily operations, staff scheduling, and monitor care plans for optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
- Oversee medication administration, treatments, and ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
- Participate in staff training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Respond to emergencies and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications include an active NM RN or LPN license, minimum 3 years’ clinical experience, and prior supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational skills, and EMR experience are required. BLS certification is mandatory, with additional certifications a plus.
This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage ($32-$45), along with benefits such as 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off.
