Nurse Manager

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Manager (RN or LPN) to lead our nursing team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

Supervise and support staff to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care.

Coordinate daily operations, staffing, and care plans with interdisciplinary teams.

Oversee medication administration, treatments, and clinical rounds.

Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and documentation standards.

Participate in staff training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.

Respond to medical emergencies and monitor care outcomes.

Qualifications: Active NM RN or LPN license, at least 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in long-term care, with supervisory experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills, EMR experience, and BLS certification required.
