Nurse Manager – Live Well Homecare

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager (RN or LPN) to lead our nursing team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Supervise and support nursing staff to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care.

Coordinate daily operations, staff scheduling, and clinical rounds.

Develop and oversee care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

Manage medication administration, treatments, and ensure safety and infection control protocols.

Participate in staff training, performance evaluations, and documentation.

Respond to medical emergencies and monitor resource utilization.

Qualifications include an active NM RN or LPN license, at least 3 years of clinical experience, and prior leadership preferred. Strong communication, organizational skills, and EMR experience are required. BLS certification is necessary.
