Role Overview

As a Night Supervisor (RN/LPN), you will serve as the highest-level clinical authority during overnight shifts, ensuring resident safety and care quality.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring resident health and responding to condition changes
• Evaluating and documenting falls, incidents, and emergencies
• Supervising caregiving staff and medication personnel
• Managing shift staffing, attendance, and assignments
• Overseeing medication administration and narcotic counts
• Transcribing physician orders and updating Service Plans
• Maintaining regulatory-compliant documentation
• Serving as liaison with physicians, pharmacy, and families

You will combine independent clinical judgment with leadership to support overnight operations effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing
• Graduate of an approved nursing program
• At least 1 year of experience in senior care or a clinical setting
• Strong assessment, delegation, and documentation skills
