New Graduate Registered Nurse (OPT)
Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care as part of a compassionate care team, guided by experienced preceptors. Conduct patient assessments, develop and support individualized care plans, administer medications, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care across diverse clinical units.
Key Duties
- Perform nursing assessments and ongoing monitoring
- Administer medications according to established protocols
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support care planning
- Accurately document patient care in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families to support understanding and care goals
- Deliver care under the direction of preceptors and follow evidence-based practices
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Nurse licensure as a new graduate
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
- Competence in medication administration and patient education
- Accurate, detail-oriented documentation in electronic health records
