New Graduate Nurse – Full-Time

Role Overview:

The Graduate Nurse provides direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, under the standards of nursing care. This role requires completion of a nursing program and obtaining licensure within 90 days of graduation to maintain employment. The nurse educates patients and families on managing illnesses, post-treatment care, and medication administration. They use critical thinking to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Responsibilities include promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with participating in professional development. This position is safety-sensitive, requiring alertness and safe working practices.

Qualifications:

  • Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing (minimum)
