Role Overview:
This position is designed for all student nurses, regardless of graduation date, aiming to connect them with the Graduate Nurse recruitment team.
The role provides career opportunities across multiple hospitals and nursing specialties, supporting new graduates in navigating the Staff Nurse application process.
Responsibilities:
- Assist new graduates in applying for nursing positions across various hospitals and specialties.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to facilitate career opportunities.
- Support students in understanding available nursing specialties, including General Medicine, Inpatient Surgical, Critical Care, Emergency Services, Operating Room, and Labor & Delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Student nurses with an interest in entering professional nursing roles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate with recruitment teams and healthcare professionals.
Key Duties:
- Connecting students to nursing career opportunities.
- Providing guidance on the application process.
- Supporting students’ transition from student nurse to professional nurse in various specialties and hospital settings.
