Role: Provide and coordinate comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care for patients on a combined medical/surgical transplant and urology unit.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, therapeutic patient care across the full care continuum.
- Coordinate nursing care to support surgical, urology, transplant, and dialysis patients.
- Contribute to a safe and positive patient experience.
- Ensure care is delivered using evidence-based practices and appropriate clinical standards.
