Join a comprehensive RN Residency Program designed to support new and experienced nurses in transitioning to clinical practice.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing hands-on patient care in Medical-Surgical and specialty units such as Neurology, Orthopedics, General Surgery, Telemetry, and Oncology.
- Participating in classroom learning, skill development, and mentorship with preceptor support.
- Assessing, prioritizing, and managing diverse patient conditions to ensure quality outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
- Active RN license in Missouri or a compact state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
- New graduates encouraged to apply; hospital experience preferred for some units.
Skills and physical requirements include:
- Strong clinical foundation, critical thinking, and assessment skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and assist patients safely.
