Neurology Nurse Supervisor

Role Overview: This position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining equipment, and tracking departmental statistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervises staff including hiring, training, assigning tasks, evaluating performance, and supporting professional development.
  • Assists in developing staffing plans and budgets, ensuring operational goals are met.
  • Provides direct patient care based on assessed needs, creating collaborative care plans aligned with medical treatment.
  • Oversees staff productivity, manages staff schedules, conducts performance reviews, and handles disciplinary actions.
  • Supports staffing decisions, payroll reconciliation, staff communication, and overtime management.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; RN license required.
  • Experience: 2-5 years, with supervisory experience preferred; bachelor’s degree and 5-10 years of experience are advantageous.
  • Skills: Leadership, staff management, patient care, and operational coordination.
