Key Responsibilities:
- Supervises staff including hiring, training, assigning tasks, evaluating performance, and supporting professional development.
- Assists in developing staffing plans and budgets, ensuring operational goals are met.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; RN license required.
- Experience: 2-5 years, with supervisory experience preferred; bachelor’s degree and 5-10 years of experience are advantageous.
- Skills: Leadership, staff management, patient care, and operational coordination.
