Responsibilities include:
- Hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and supporting staff development.
- Developing staffing plans, managing budgets, and responding to operational needs.
- Providing patient-centered care based on assessments and treatment plans, documenting interventions accurately.
- Creating collaborative care plans aligned with medical diagnoses and treatments.
- Monitoring staff productivity, conducting performance reviews, and managing scheduling, overtime, and disciplinary actions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum education: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing; preferred Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: 2-5 years for minimum; 5-10 years preferred, with supervisory experience for higher roles.
- Licenses & Certifications: Active RN license.
