Role Overview:
This position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining and purchasing equipment, and tracking departmental statistics. The role includes hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and developing staff, ensuring team productivity aligns with departmental goals. Responsibilities also encompass staffing, budgeting, and responding to operational changes. The candidate will oversee patient interventions, document care plans, and support staff scheduling, payroll, and performance reviews. They will lead team meetings and ensure compliance with policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s preferred
- 2-5 years of experience; supervisory experience preferred for higher levels
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage staff, budgets, and patient care effectively
