Role: New Grad Registered Nurse in a Neuro Trauma Nurse Residency program.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in a structured transition-to-practice program with onboarding, classroom education, simulation, and clinical experience.
- Provide care to neuro and trauma patients on an acute care unit.
- Develop skills in assessment, critical thinking, medication administration, care coordination, and patient/family education.
- Work within an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Recent graduate with RN licensure or eligibility.
- Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
