Role Overview:
Seeking a Neuro Interventional Radiologic Technologist to perform advanced diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures, including neuro and vascular interventions, cerebral angiography, stent placements, and aneurysm coilings. The role involves preparing patients and equipment, executing studies independently, and supporting complex procedures alongside a team of radiologists, nurses, and technologists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic imaging using modalities such as fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and other advanced techniques.
- Assist in highly specialized procedures within interventional radiology and neuro radiology.
- Maintain quality control and ensure patient safety during procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, clinical setting.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate’s Degree or Trade School Equivalency.
- Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)) or relevant advanced certifications (e.g., RCIS, RCES).
- Experience in radiology, interventional procedures, or neuro radiology preferred; new grads and students are encouraged to apply.
- Licenses and certifications such as IEMA, ARRT, and CPR are required or preferred.
