Role Overview:
Seeking a Multidisciplinary ICU Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in a newly established ICU setting. The role involves assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care, promoting patient and family-centered services, and ensuring safety and quality compliance. The nurse will develop and document individualized care plans, collaborate with the healthcare team, and educate patients and families on managing their conditions post-discharge. Critical nursing skills are essential for evaluating physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values, and addressing barriers to involvement. This position requires working independently with a minimum of 2 years ICU experience and the ability to work a weekend option with incentive pay. Educational qualifications include a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree, with preference for Bachelor’s degrees. Licensure as an RN is mandatory.
