Role Overview:
Seeking a Multidisciplinary ICU Registered Nurse to provide expert patient care in a newly established ICU department. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within nursing standards, promoting patient and family-centered care, and educating patients on managing their health and medications. The nurse will participate in initiatives that enhance patient safety, quality, and compliance, develop individualized care plans collaboratively, and ensure effective communication across care teams. Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Licenses: Valid RN license
- Experience: Minimum 2 years ICU experience for weekend option; new graduates considered for entry-level roles
