Responsibilities:
- Deliver multi-systemic therapy to juvenile offenders with severe mental health issues, violent behavior, or substance abuse risks
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and prepare court reports
- Perform brief assessments, crisis intervention, and pre-screenings
- Provide transportation to clients when appropriate
- Maintain availability by phone outside standard hours
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a mental health field
- Licensed or eligible for licensure (LLMSW, LMSW, TLLP, LLP, LLPC, LPC)
- Must meet Child Mental Health Professional requirements and become fully licensed within 30 months
- 1-2 years’ experience working with children/adolescents with serious mental illness or antisocial behaviors
- Strong computer, interpersonal, organizational skills, and reliable transportation for home visits
