We are seeking a compassionate mental health professional to provide multi-systemic therapy to juvenile offenders with severe mental health, behavioral, or substance abuse issues at risk of out-of-home placement.
Offers personalized services across multiple sites in Southwest Michigan, accredited by CAFAS, and affiliated with regional behavioral health organizations.Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing crisis intervention, court reporting, and transportation, with availability outside standard hours.Qualifications include a Master’s in a mental health field, licensure as LLMSW, LMSW, TLLP, LLP, LLPC, or LPC, with 1-2 years of experience working with children or adolescents with serious mental illnesses or antisocial behaviors.
