Location: Dodge City, KS | Salary: $50-$55K | Schedule: Mon-Fri with flexible evenings | Caseload: 5-6 families | Mileage reimbursement: $.72/mile Implement evidence-based, intensive in-home services to help at-risk youth (ages 12-17) with behavioral, substance, or gang-related issues. Engage families and community supports using a multi-systemic therapy model. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing therapy, case planning, and ongoing engagement and support. Regular training and supervision are provided. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree + 2 years or Master’s + 1 year experience serving youth/families, valid driver’s license, ability to travel up to 75%.
