MRI Technologist – Weekender Rotation

Role: MRI Technologist I responsible for performing imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety, and providing radiological support.


Responsibilities: Prepare and position patients, perform MRI scans (neuro, body, extremity), administer IV contrast, enter data into imaging systems, process images, identify anatomy, conduct equipment quality control, report malfunctions, manage supplies, and support physicians with radiological needs.


Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Radiologic Technology program, hold relevant certification (ARRT, NMTCB, ARMRIT), and demonstrate knowledge of MRI procedures, safety standards, and equipment operation. New graduates must obtain certification prior to employment. Ability to handle non-controlled medications and act as a liaison with healthcare providers is essential.
