MRI Technologist (PRN)

Role Overview:

Seeking a PRN MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures using advanced modalities such as MRI, CT, and other radiologic techniques. The role involves preparing patients and equipment, conducting studies independently or in on-call situations, and ensuring quality control.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing patients and equipment for imaging procedures.
  • Performing studies across various settings, including portable exams and on-call situations.

Qualifications:

  • An associate degree or higher in a related field.
  • Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)).
  • Licenses such as IEMA (excluding MRI) and certifications like RTR, CT, MR, BD, CI, VI, or RCIS.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • At least 2 years of related experience.
  • Additional certifications like Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Intravenous Therapy are advantageous.
