Perform high-quality diagnostic MRI examinations in a patient-centered, team-based environment.
Key duties
- Assess patients and explain MRI procedures
- Position patients and perform scans using established protocols
- Ensure compliance with MRI safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with radiologists and care teams to support diagnostic accuracy
- Document exam results and workflow details in PACS/EMR
- Support scheduling and improve exam throughput
Qualifications & skills
- Registered/credentialed MRI Technologist (as required by applicable standards)
- Strong understanding of MRI protocols and patient positioning
- Knowledge of MRI safety practices and risk mitigation
- Effective communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
- Proficiency with PACS/EMR documentation
