We are seeking a Therapist for a full-time role at our specialized residential treatment facility in Bradford, PA, offering a salary range of $44,186-$54,892 based on experience and licensure. The position includes a $7,500 commitment bonus and comprehensive benefits, including paid leave, insurance, retirement, and more.
**Summary of Responsibilities:**
Manage a caseload providing individual, family, and group therapy to youth with mental health and developmental disabilities. Develop and implement treatment plans, assess client and family needs, educate families, and collaborate with internal and external teams to support client reintegration into their community.
**Qualifications:**
Master’s Degree in a Human Service field; licensure or eligibility preferred. Experience with modalities like CBT, Play Therapy, or ABA is valued.
