Mental Health Therapist – Evenings or Weekends

We are seeking a Part-Time Mental Health Therapist for evening or weekend outpatient services at our behavioral health organization located at 111 E Riverfront St., Winona, MN.

This role offers in-person or hybrid work options and a supportive, inclusive culture focused on clinical excellence, collaboration, and client-centered care.

Responsibilities include

evaluating diagnoses, developing and maintaining treatment plans, and documenting progress,

providing individual, couples, family, or group therapy,

building caseloads, and participating in team meetings and trainings.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in behavioral sciences,

clinical licensure or licensure track (e.g., LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP),

experience with assessments, treatment planning, and documentation,

proficiency in Office 365 and EHR systems.
