Preference for expertise in Couples Therapy, Child Therapy (ages 5-17), or Men’s Issues (ages 25-65), with optional specialty training in these areas.Offer flexible schedules (full or part-time), hybrid work options, and full clinical autonomy.Responsibilities include therapy, documentation, and client communication, with administrative support until a dedicated admin is hired.Compensation ranges from $60,000 to over $110,000 annually, plus benefits like professional development, health stipend, and flexible hours.Requirements include active ND licensure, 2+ years post-licensure experience, strong assessment skills, and a commitment to clinical excellence.Ideal candidates are autonomous, diverse, and passionate about depth-oriented, evidence-based practice.
