As a therapist, you will
conduct culturally sensitive assessments for diverse clients and families, provide individualized outpatient therapy sessions, develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans, participate in case consultations and discharge planning, manage documentation, billing, and insurance authorization tasks, and
collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care. Qualifications include: a master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field, current active license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or eligibility in Pennsylvania, a passion for mental health and professional growth, strong communication, ethical practice, and time management skills.
