Role Overview: Join a mental health team as a Licensed Therapist to provide culturally sensitive assessments, individual and family outpatient therapy, and develop crisis and wellness plans. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct strength-based assessments for diverse clients and families.
- Provide personalized outpatient therapy tailored to client needs.

- Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms accurately.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
- Current or eligible professional license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP) in Virginia and/or Maryland.
- Strong communication, ethical practice, and confidentiality commitment.
