Administers screenings to assess suitability for treatment and educational programs. Develops, monitors, and ensures quality standards for programming and referrals. Conducts audits of treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Collaborates with staff to evaluate and report on program outcomes. Facilitates group and individual counseling, and provides staff training. Supports smooth after-care transitions and policy development. Requires a Master’s in Social Work or Psychology, five years of relevant experience, and Montana licensure. Preferred experience with offenders, correctional environments, and therapeutic models. This full-time position offers benefits, a flexible schedule, and requires relocation to Lewistown, MT. The role involves documentation, occasional travel, and working primarily indoors in a climate-controlled environment.
