Role Overview

We are seeking a Medication Aide/Med Tech responsible for administering medications and treatments to residents with safety, accuracy, and dignity.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Following the Six Rights of Medication Administration
• Documenting accurately in MAR/TAR in real-time
• Monitoring residents during and after medication passes
• Observing symptoms, administering medications for relief, and reporting concerns promptly
• Completing narcotic counts and maintaining clean medication areas
• Adhering to infection control and safety standards

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED, age 18+
• Medication Administration certification
• CPR and First Aid certifications
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Preferred experience in senior care
