Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required; higher degrees preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Science or related field; foreign education equivalency accepted.
- Certification eligibility or certification in Medical Laboratory Science (e.g., ASCP, AMT) preferred or required.
- Experience in blood banking, chemistry, hematology, microbiology, immunology, urinalysis, or body fluids within accredited laboratories.
- Strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and adherence to safety standards.
