Role: Laboratory Diagnostic Technician responsible for performing quality diagnostic tests on various specimens.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts diagnostic laboratory testing accurately and efficiently.
  • Supervises positions related to laboratory testing (if applicable).
  • Maintains quality standards and proper documentation.
  • Adheres to safety and infection control protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Ability to perform duties with or without accommodations for disabilities.
  • Physical strength to lift, push, or pull loads up to 50 pounds.
  • Sufficient mobility and stamina for frequent location changes and patient assistance.
  • Ability to handle infectious diseases and emergency situations.
  • Willingness to wear protective equipment and work in potentially toxic environments.
  • Physical activities include sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, and twisting.

    • Physical & Visual Requirements:

    • Must be able to see with corrective eyewear and hear clearly with assistance.
    • May be exposed to infectious agents, chemicals, and require irregular hours.

    Activity Conditions: Frequently standing, walking, and sitting; occasional climbing, kneeling, and bending.
