General Medicine Clinical Nurse
Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care on acute care units. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for diverse adult patients, coordinating closely with an interdisciplinary team to support effective outcomes.
Deliver evidence-based practice, ensure medication safety, and maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge requirements, promoting understanding and continuity of care.
