Registered Nurse (Medical/Telemetry)
Provide evidence-based nursing care for medical and telemetry patients across the care continuum. Perform patient assessments, develop and evaluate individualized care plans, and continuously monitor vital signs and clinical status to support safe, effective outcomes.
Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols, recognize and respond to changes in patient condition, and accurately document all care and observations in electronic health records.
Collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, educate stakeholders as appropriate, and promote continuity of care and patient safety.
