Medical/Oncology – Clinical Nurse (Part-Time)

Role Overview:

Provides direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs. Participates in activities enhancing patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and engages in ongoing professional development.

Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with collaborative goals, ensuring effective communication across care teams. Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and cultural factors. Maintains safety awareness as this is a safety-sensitive role.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Licenses: Valid RN license
  • Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles
