Medical/Oncology – Clinical Nurse (Part-Time)

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, home care, and medication administration.
  • Participates in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.
  • Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with collaborative input, ensuring effective communication across the care continuum.
  • Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
  • Works in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safe practices at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; less than 2 years preferred for higher qualification.
