Role Overview:
This role involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
- Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop, implement, and document personalized care plans collaboratively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and cultural values.
- Maintain safety awareness as this is a safety-sensitive position.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Licenses: Valid RN license.
- Experience: No prior experience required; 2 years preferred for advanced roles.
- Skills: Critical thinking, communication, patient education, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols.

- Work primarily during night shifts, including 3-12 hour shifts, with scheduled weekends and holidays.
