Medical Laboratory Technician/Scientist performs accurate, timely diagnostic testing to support patient-centered care.
Key Duties
- Collect, receive, label, and process patient specimens.
- Perform and troubleshoot hematology, chemistry, and microbiology testing.
- Validate laboratory results using established quality control procedures.
- Maintain compliance with CLIA and CAP requirements.
- Collaborate with nurses, providers, and other laboratory professionals to ensure accurate reporting.

- Proficiency in diagnostic laboratory testing across hematology, chemistry, and microbiology.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to quality and compliance standards.
