Join our team as a Medical Laboratory Scientist, performing and reporting complex analyses from diverse specimens in a clinical environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as a technical expert at instrument and platform levels.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving instrument problems.
- Assisting with the evaluation, validation, and implementation of new tests, products, and procedures.
- Interpreting specialized tests and ensuring quality control, proficiency testing, and maintenance are completed.
- Supporting inventory management and participating in employee training.
- Contributing to departmental committees and maintaining current knowledge through educational activities.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biological, Chemical, Physical, or Clinical Laboratory Science.
- Successful completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Science program or relevant certification.
- At least four years of relevant experience preferred.
