Medical ICU Registered Nurse (Shift Supervisor) provides patient-centered care in the Medical ICU and coordinates nursing activities during the assigned shift. The role helps support high standards of care and efficient patient throughput, and acts as a clinical resource for nursing staff.
Key duties:
- Coordinate and deliver direct patient care in the Medical ICU
- Support care quality initiatives and day-to-day operational flow
- Serve as a resource and mentor for nursing staff
- Assist with staffing support, including coordination of assignments and schedules
- Help manage and monitor clinical supplies and equipment
Qualifications/skills: Registered Nurse with experience in ICU/critical care, strong clinical judgment, leadership and communication skills, and the ability to organize resources while maintaining patient safety and quality care.
